Lead Time

Clay is a natural material that follows an unpredictable drying process
that we cannot control or speed up; therefore, our average lead time is between 8 to 10 weeks.

This time frame can be longer during winter months (cold affects the clay's natural drying time) and load shedding periods (the firing process requires at least 13 uninterrupted hours to achieve the best results).

However, at NM Design, we do our best to complete our bespoke lights within the fastest possible time and will always inform you once the order is ready to be dispatched.
