Our NM Design studio is in Overhex, outside Worcester, South Africa.
We ship nationally using a hand-to-hand courier and can organise international shipping if required. For shipping overseas, please inquire
before placing an order by emailing nelia@nmdesign.co.za for a cost estimate.

The delivery cost for your order depends on the parcel's weight, dimension, and area of delivery.
Therefore we can only request a shipping quote after the final package's size, quantity, and weight is determined. We have done our best to source the most cost-effective and reliable agent, and the price is calculated according to their tariffs. After you’ve completed your order, we will get a costing on shipping and send this invoice separately to you via email. Once we receive your courier payment, we will dispatch your order.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Since all courier companies are third parties and NM Design falls under their terms and conditions, we will not be held responsible for handling the parcel. We package the shades carefully, but when it leaves our premises, we have no control over the package or the time it will take to arrive safely at your doorstep. That said, we’re happy to play a supportive role if something does go wrong with your delivery.

The delivery price does not include insurance on the products. If you would like additional insurance to cover any breakages, please reach out before placing your order so we can customise your shipping options and delivery costs.

Please be aware that the delivery time may be longer than initially offered when circumstances are beyond our control, like load shedding schedules. In these cases, we will notify you in advance via email. However, please be assured that we always try to stick to our 8 - 10 week lead time.

When placing an order, you must provide the correct shipping address, telephone number, and email address. These details are paramount, especially when the courier has delivery difficulties. NM Design will not be held responsible if the information provided is false or incorrect, causing the parcel delivery to be delayed or lost. In addition, the courier company will attempt to deliver your order three times before returning the parcel to us, and a return-to-sender scenario will incur new shipping charges.
